What can I expect in terms of on-the-job learning and mentorship during Mechanic Training?

During Mechanic Training, you will typically work under the supervision of experienced mechanics who provide guidance, feedback, and hands-on instruction. Many employers offer structured apprenticeship programs or informal mentorship to help trainees develop core technical and troubleshooting skills. Collaboration is common, and trainees often work closely with team members to solve issues and learn industry best practices, preparing them for future independent roles.
