Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $23- $28 /per hour

Position Summary
The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards. This role works closely with project leaders and team members to ensure high-quality, efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
  • Test electrical systems and ensure proper functionality and safety
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Read and follow instructions from supervisors, project managers, and lead electricians
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing devices effectively and safely
  • Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical work (residential, commercial, or industrial), or equivalent training
  • Understanding of electrical codes and standards
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a field-based role that may include:
  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Driving to job sites as needed
  • Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Working with construction materials, tools, and equipment
