The Meatcutter plays a key role in ensuring high-quality meat processing and customer satisfaction within a team-oriented environment. This position involves precise cutting, inspection, and packaging of meat products, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing inventory efficiently. The Meatcutter works under the guidance of a team leader during day shifts with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform meat cutting tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect meat quality to meet safety and company standards
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stocking of products
  • Maintain sanitation in the work area and equipment
  • Package meat products properly for sale or storage
  • Provide excellent customer service when needed
