Meat Cutter

Pay: $22/hr

Monday - Friday; 9am - 7pm

We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to prepare and portion quality meat products in a fast-paced warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Cut, trim, portion, and prepare various cuts of meat according to specifications.
  • Safely operate knives, meat saws, grinders, slicers, and other processing equipment.
  • Weigh, package, label, and organize products accurately.
  • Inspect meat products for quality and freshness.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous meat-cutting, butcher, or food-processing experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely use sharp tools and meat-processing equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
