Job description

At Country Meadows our Sales and Move-In Coordinator's primary job duty is to successfully coordinate the marketing office and select marketing functions. The Sales and Move-In Coordinator supports marketers, family members, residents and prospective residents with assistance as needed with various tasks relating to marketing, transfers, admission and or discharge.
  • This position pays $22/hour with the opportunity to earn bonuses.
  • Full time, Monday-Friday. Requires flexibility to work occasional weekends/holidays as needed.

Sales and Move-In Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Marketing Directors with move in paper work and information needed for the resident files.
  • Assist the Marketing Directors with recording information throughout each month to aid in the completion of the monthly marketing report.
  • Assist with planning and executing special events.
  • Typing and proofreading letters and email to families, prospects, doctors and other key referral sources.
  • Input data on each new sale in the computer/CRM.
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and keeping the office organized.
  • Updating and maintaining waiting list, resident information books and campus information books.
  • Prepare packets of information for prospective residents and new residents.
  • Copy, fax and mail as needed to residents, families, doctors, department heads, and home office.

Sales and Move-In Coordinator Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • General computer experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be flexible enough to adjust to the needs of the residents.
  • Positive and friendly attitude.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
  • Adaptable, flexible and focused to meet the needs of prospective residents and their families.
  • Respects older persons and enjoys interacting with seniors.
