Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a technical leader with executive presence and outstanding interpersonal skills to drive multi-functional initiatives and deliver strategic roadmaps. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded technical background and demonstrated expertise in leading complex programs within matrix organizations, focusing on revenue recognition and consumption basis projects. This role involves managing product lines built on SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build project timelines and partner with BCDD Leadership, Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders to align with Vision, Mission, and Strategic Objectives.
  • Engage with ATS and Business teams to estimate effort and assess delivery feasibility.
  • Manage product lines built on SAP, discussing trade-offs, sequencing, and staffing.
  • Assist Product Managers and Engineers with project reporting.
  • Plan and facilitate Discovery/Proof of Concept/Pre-project work, establishing Program Governance including meeting cadences and key artifacts (Scrum of Scrums, Operating Committee, Steering Committee, Wiki, SharePoint, Project Schedule, RAID log).
  • Work multi-functionally to understand dependencies and constraints, determine resource requirements, build program roadmaps, and secure approvals.
  • Coordinate program execution, proactively managing changes and risks, and ensuring timely decisions and clear communication.
  • Coordinate Release announcements, Hypercare, and Decommissioning as needed.
  • Measure adoption and impact post-release, including 30/60/90-day check-ins and feedback loops.

Required Skills:
  • SAP Hana 4 and SAP S/4Hana (Central Finance) expertise.
  • Multiphase project experience.
  • Revenue assurance and Consumption basis knowledge.
  • Experience managing multi-discipline teams (business and technical resources).
  • Proficiency in various project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid).
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and adaptability to change.
  • Resourcefulness and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time-sensitive, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or equivalent required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification a plus: PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, CSM.
  • 10+ years of overall experience.
  • 7+ years' experience as a Program Manager in the software and/or related technology industry, preferably with exposure to Finance teams.
