Job description

We are seeking a Maintenance Dispatch Center (MDC) Deputy Supervisor. OLH Technical Services, LLC is a Systems Engineering and Logistics & Program Management Firm that is an 8(a) Program certified, Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
Position Responsibilities:
  • Works with the Maintenance Dispatch Center Supervisor and is responsible for day-to-day management of the ILD Operations Center
  • Assists with the management and oversight of the quality control of all incoming phone calls fielded by the Maintenance Dispatch Coordinators
  • Ensures that all maintenance work orders are properly planned and scheduled so that best support is provided
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and reasoning skills
  • Acts as the MDC Supervisor when the MDC Supervisor is not available

Position Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to acquire a fully adjudicated Background Investigation (BI).
  • 6 years of experience is required in organizing, directing, and managing equipment maintenance dispatch center.

Position is located in Lorton, VA.
