Job description

Radiology Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site General Radiologist in Bowling Green, KY, with a partnership track option. This role involves procedure work and offers the flexibility of remote diagnostic weekends. The position is ideal for a physician looking to join a collaborative, physician-led group with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Practice Info

  • Covers 13 hospitals and 17 imaging centers across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky
  • Collaborative approach ensuring outstanding patient care through shared resources and staffing
  • Physician-led and highly collegial group
  • Subspecialty help available with dedicated readers for MSK, Neuro, & Peds cases with complexity beyond general skillsets

Responsibilities

  • Perform procedure work including PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, core biopsies, fine needle aspirations, thyroid biopsies, lumbar puncture, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, nephrostomy and biliary tube placement, and fluoroscopy procedures
  • Handle 8-10 patient facing cases in a normal day
  • Participate in approximately 1 overnight Dx call shift every 3 weeks

Compensation

  • Salary range for this position is $600,000-$900,000
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Requirements

  • Comfortable with procedure work
  • Experience with PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, core biopsies, fine needle aspirations, thyroid biopsies, lumbar puncture, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, nephrostomy and biliary tube placement, and fluoroscopy procedures
  • A plus if experienced with kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, and pain management procedures such as epidural steroid injections
  • MD or DO
  • Residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • BE/BC by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Licensed in or have the ability to be licensed in the state of TN and KY
