C3 AI is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances to help build and grow C3 AI's management-consulting alliance, beginning with McKinsey & Company. Working closely with alliance leadership, you will support a joint go-to-market model that pairs C3 AI's enterprise AI software with the firm's transformation engagements, help build relationships with consulting teams, and contribute to partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. This is a builder's role for someone with consulting-industry fluency who is equal parts relationship manager and seller.

Responsibilities

  • Support C3 AI's alliance with McKinsey, including contributing to the joint business plan and quarterly operating cadence.
  • Help build and deepen relationships with consulting teams, leveraging existing relationships where possible to open and accelerate opportunities.
  • Support execution of a joint go-to-market model that embeds C3 AI software into the firm's client transformation programs.
  • Help drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue; track progress toward measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Contribute to joint solution development, offering creation, and account-level pursuit planning alongside the firm's practices.
  • Coordinate across C3 AI sales, product, marketing, legal, and delivery to support joint pursuits and customer success.
  • Track and report on alliance KPIs, including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, joint wins, and practitioner enablement/certification.
  • Represent C3 AI in day-to-day partner interactions and joint customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus (recent graduates welcome to apply).
  • 3–5 years of experience at a management consulting firm (Big Three or equivalent), or 3–5 years going to market jointly with management consulting firms.
  • Relationships with, or exposure to, consultants and engagement teams at one or more major consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI / machine learning and the enterprise software landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with partner stakeholders and contribute to a revenue or pipeline number.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presence.
  • Willingness to travel to partner and customer sites as needed.
