McKesson Specialty/Provider Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and competent Senior Pricing Analyst to support the McKesson Provider Solutions organization within O&M. The Senior Pricing Analyst will possess strong analytical skills and experience to provide problem solving and financial decision-making by analyzing pricing and profitability reports for products and customers. This key pricing position will provide a wide variety of statistical and analytical reporting services and will report to the Sr. Manager of Multispecialty Provider Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pricing for Multispecialty or Oncology customers by analyzing and approving price requests for the sales group

  • Financial analysis of product and customer profitability

  • Provide thought leadership and innovation for process improvements

  • Prepare and distribute Pricing reports to Sales and Finance leadership

  • Gathering and analyzing data to prepare customer pricing

  • Support the Sr. Pricing Manager in key pricing initiatives to drive profitability

  • Build effective cross functional relationships within the company (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Contract Management, etc.)

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

BS/BA in Finance or related field

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years in a pricing or analytical capacity or similar financial analysis

  • Must possess advanced Excel skills

  • Knowledge of Finance practices is a plus

  • Healthcare experience not required but a plus

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

  • Skill set must include computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) products with query and complex spreadsheet development.

  • Experience with SAP software would be a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, professional communication skills, ability to work with.

Salary: 74,900.00 - 99,800.00 - 124,800.00 USD Annual with 5% MIP
