Job Title:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) โ€“ Float Pool

Company:

Rate: $18/hr.

Overview:
The McGuire Group is seeking dedicated and flexible Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool team. In this role, youโ€™ll provide hands-on care and support to residents across multiple local skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, based on staffing needs. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who are reliable, adaptable, and eager to make a difference across multiple sites.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality resident care including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility)

  • Accurately document resident care using EMR systems

  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while adapting to new environments

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Willing and able to float to any McGuire Group facility within the region (transportation required)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Dependable, compassionate, and flexible with scheduling

Preferred Skills and Experience (Not Required):

  • 6+ months CNA experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab

  • Familiarity with PointClickCare or similar EMR systems

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams
