Significance, Inc. is seeking an MCCS Program Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Branch in Arlington, Virginia.ย  This position will be onsite and requires an active Secret clearance.ย ย 

This position provides direct support to MCCS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) reform initiatives and enterprise resource management efforts. The successful candidate will support the development of enterprise-level planning, programming, budgeting, governance, reporting, and performance management processes across appropriated fund (APF) and non-appropriated fund (NAF) programs.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience supporting MCCS; Military Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR); Fleet and Family Readiness; or comparable military community support programs. This individual must be capable of operating independently, engaging senior stakeholders across MCICOM and Headquarters Marine Corps, and producing executive-level analytical products with minimal government oversight
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting DoD resource management, program analysis, financial management, installation support programs, or related functional areas.
  • 5+ years supporting MCCS, MWR, Fleet and Family Readiness, or comparable military community support programs.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting PPBEA reform processes within the DoD.
  • Experience developing executive-level reports, briefings, decision papers, and analytical products.
  • Experience facilitating senior-level meetings, working groups, governance boards, or strategic planning efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex assignments with minimal government oversight.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
