Founded in 2016, Ziflow serves thousands of customers globally, with team members in the US, UK, Poland, Canada, and South Africa. Our executive team has a proven track record of building, scaling, and successfully exiting SaaS businesses - and we're just getting started.
Join us to help build a world-class team that creates world-class work.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Ziflow, you are responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by identifying and engaging prospective clients, ensuring a consistent and well-organized pipeline for the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Speaking with prospective clients via email, phone and chat and maintaining a well-organized CRM and pipeline.
  • Educating prospective clients on the benefits of Ziflow versus competitors and the "status quo".
  • Responding to inquiries and referrals from clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Generating sales qualified leads (SQLs) and opportunities (Opps) for the Account Executive team-measured on a monthly quota.
Qualifications
  • You're a digital native: You like technology. You are familiar with how online marketing works and are eager to learn more. You know how to explain what you do to your grandparents.
  • You're a problem solver: As a subject matter expert, you're eager to help prospective clients find the solution to their creative marketing woes.
  • You're detail oriented: You understand the importance of accurate and thorough data, and how it's used.
  • You're a go-getter: You take the initiative to make things happen rather than waiting.
  • You are a team player: You like to work with lots of different people and enjoy seeing how the breadth of technology marketing works.
  • You're coachable: You constantly want to improve and are open to constructive feedback.
  • You're eager to learn: You are a recent college, sales bootcamp graduate or a person with 1 to 2 years of experience looking to start a career in sales.
