Job Description

Masterbrand is seeking an experienced leader to serve as a Maintenance Supervisor in Goshen, Indiana to coordinate the needs of the Maintenance department.  This role will act as the primary contact point for the Maintenance Department for outside contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Planning Projects and PMs
    • PM Coordination across 4 shifts
    • PM updates and startup for new equipment
    • Project Coordination with cross-functional teams
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Opportunities for project interaction with senior MBCI leadership
  • Vendor & Contractor Management
    • Managing daily contractor needs and scheduling
    • Managing contractor quoting, purchase orders, and billing
  • CMMS & Daily Management
    • Managing the output of MBCI's CMMS system and reporting
    • Managing the KPI's for the departments Daily Management
  • Inventory Control
    • Manages direct reports in charge of Maintenance and spare parts crib
    • Manages direct reports in charge of MRO crib
  • Safety Compliance
    • Manages contractors in MBCI CMS
    • Supports Maintenance Technicians
    • Primary Contact for Fire Notification Service
    • Support compliance with municipal and state regulatory agencies

Schedule:

  • Day shift role Monday-Friday
  • Role encompasses responsibilities to flex coverage for off-shift and weekends as needed
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance department in a manufacturing role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong ability to plan and execute in a cross functional setting

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in various environments, including industrial settings.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling or standing for extended periods.
