About the Role

As Business Controller, you will act as a trusted financial advisor and decision partner to the Americas leadership team. You will drive business performance through insightful analysis, support strategic initiatives, and ensure strong financial governance across the region.

This role sits at the heart of the business-combining finance expertise with commercial insight to influence decisions and deliver impact.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business performance by analyzing profitability and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and efficiency

  • Act as a key finance partner to Sales and leadership, supporting commercial and strategic decision-making

  • Lead planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

  • Deliver data-driven insights and forward-looking analysis to guide business decisions

  • Support growth initiatives, including M&A and integration activities

  • Ensure strong financial governance, including reporting accuracy, compliance, and risk management

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA a plus)

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business partnering

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and profitability analysis

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and influencing capabilities

  • Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage
