This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, enhancing customer service, and supporting the continued growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in multi-site distribution operations, logistics, fleet management, and leadership development, along with a passion for building high-performing teams and scalable processes.

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth and longterm objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across branch operations, logistics, and fleet management.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and implement datadriven solutions to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership on expansion planning, operational scalability, and capital investments.
  • Branch Operations & Administration
  • Provide leadership and oversight to branch administration and operational leadership teams.
  • Standardize and improve processes across all branch locations.
