A Day in the Life
As an MBA Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP) Associate, you will accelerate your development as a future business leader through a structured rotational experience designed to build broad business acumen, strategic thinking capabilities, and leadership skills. You will work alongside talented professionals across Medtronic to solve complex business challenges, drive growth strategies, and advance healthcare innovation.
The MBA LDRP is designed to provide high-potential talent with exposure to critical business functions while creating a pipeline of future leaders for Medtronic. Throughout the program, associates will gain experiences that build enterprise perspective, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and create meaningful business impact.

Program Structure

LOCATION AND WORK MODEL
MBA LDRP Associate roles are primarily based in Minneapolis, MN, but opportunities may also exist in other geographical areas.
Medtronic follows a flexible work model that includes a minimum of four days per week onsite as part of our commitment to professional growth, cross-functional collaboration, and engineering the extraordinary.
MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, please ensure your resume clearly demonstrates the following:
  • Current enrollment in an MBA program (second year)
  • Ability to begin full-time employment in July 2027 following graduation
  • Minimum of 4 years (48 months) full-time work experience
  • Applicants for Medtronic's LDRP must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Medtronic does not sponsor work authorization for these positions. Individuals on temporary visa classifications, including E, F-1 (CPT or OPT), H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN, as well as anyone who requires employment sponsorship now or in the future, are not eligible for the Program.

NICE TO HAVE: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of progressive professional experience with increasing responsibility
  • Global experience through international work, study, or cross-cultural collaboration
  • Interest in technology, healthcare, medical devices, or innovation demonstrated through academic or professional experience
  • Passion for advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$103,200.00 - $154,800.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
