Job description

Sous la supervision du contrôleur régional, la réceptionniste assure le bon fonctionnement du site en accueillant les visiteurs, en gérant les communications, en effectuant diverses tâches administratives et en soutenant les ressources humaines. Ce rôle contribue à maintenir un environnement de travail professionnel, organisé et conforme.

Responsabilités principales

  • Accueil & administration: accueil professionnel des visiteurs, gestion des appels, du courrier et des fournitures, saisie des marchandises, soutien comptable.
  • Soutien RH: préparation de documents, gestion des dossiers employés, planification d’entrevues, mise à jour des bases de données, organisation d’événements internes, respect de la confidentialité.
  • Réception: traitement des marchandises, classement des bons de commande, soutien à la comptabilité.
  • Coordination de la matière premières: suivi des livraisons, communication avec les fournisseurs.
