Develop and lead a MBA Advisory Council composed of community business and education leaders.
Facilitate on-going curriculum evaluation to meet the educational needs of the students.

The director will have bottom-line responsibility for all revenues generated in the program. and will supervise all full and part-time staff, including the program coordinator, graduate assistants and work study students.
QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or equivalent degree is required. Minimum of seven to ten (5-7) years of professional experience in academia, private or public sector, with five (5) years in a significant business management/leadership role. Experience directing or working with an MBA program from an IACBE-accredited school is preferred. Teaching experience, in particular, experience with online and hybrid course instruction is preferred. Excellent communication and writing skills, follow through and responsiveness to tasks required. Ability to protect highly confidential information; adherence to FERPA and College policies and procedures.
