Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Internet Salesperson to manage online sales leads, communicate with prospective customers, and help drive vehicle sales through digital channels. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to internet leads via phone, email, and text message
  • Schedule showroom appointments and vehicle demonstrations
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and promotions
  • Work closely with the sales and finance departments
  • Meet monthly sales and appointment goals
  • Monitor online inventory and update vehicle listings
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications
