Master Technician Job Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex vehicle systems
  • Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and performance concerns

Masterย Technician Compensation and Benefits

The HighLevel Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:

  • Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, certifications, skill level, and performance
  • Productionbased incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
  • Retentionbased incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as hours worked, production, performance metrics, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed.

Master Technician Qualifications

  • Highlevel automotive technician experience required

  • ASE certifications are preferred but not required
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record
