We are hiring a skilled CNC Setup & Production Machinist with experience operating and setting up Mazak and multi-axis CNC machining equipment. You will produce highly precise medical device components used in life-changing applications while working in a quality-focused, ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.
If you have experience with Mazak Integrex, Mazak Variaxis, Mazatrol, 5-axis machining, mill-turn, or multi-axis CNC equipment, we'd like to speak with you.
Equipment You'll Work With
Our machining environment includes:
  • Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets
  • Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers
  • Advanced multi-axis milling and turning platforms
  • Modern CNC machining technology

Experience with Mazak, Mazatrol, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar equipment is highly valued.
What You'll Do
  • Setup and operate Mazak and multi-axis CNC machining equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation
  • Select and install appropriate tooling
  • Set work offsets and make tool/offset adjustments
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
  • Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment
  • Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustment as needed
  • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, quality, and production efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities

  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
  • Experience independently setting up and operating CNC machining equipment
