The role of a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Muscle Physical Therapy will be based in our modern outpatient office located in Henrico, Virginia. • Evaluate and assess patients in a home care environment, developing individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and the use of assistive devices, to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring accurate records of treatments and outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about therapy processes, techniques, and the use of assistive devices, fostering independence and self-care practices.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy best practices through continuous professional development, including workshops and networking.

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for treating a diverse range of patients, including children and adults recuperating from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your approach will involve assessing their unique circumstances and applying evidence-based practices to help each individual regain maximum function and improve their quality of life. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each demographic will be essential in providing effective care.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required for this position.
• Valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.

• Proficiency in computer skills, with a focus on electronic health records and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a varied caseload.

• While prior work experience is not required, any previous exposure to outpatient physical therapy settings will be advantageous.
