Real Estate Agent | 3-5 Deals -- Ready to Scale Full Time | Leads Provided | RE/MAX Coastal | The Man

Mandie McMillan Team at REMAX COASTAL

La Porte, TX

$75K - $200K/yr

Full-time

Posted 21 days ago

Job description

Your Sphere Is Running Thin. Here's What Solves That.

You've closed 3-5 deals. You're good at this. But most of those closings came from people who already knew you — and that list has a ceiling.

What's next is strangers. People actively searching the Galveston County and Houston Bay Area market right now who've never heard your name. Our technology-driven lead platform puts those people in your pipeline — already warm, already tracking properties, already close to ready.

You bring the license and the closing skills. We bring the lead flow.

What the Team Covers
  1. All RE/MAX desk fees — absorbed by the team
  2. Technology-driven leads delivered to your pipeline daily — not from your contacts list
  3. All marketing, digital ads, signs, and business cards
  4. Full back-office support — paperwork handled
  5. Direct mentorship from Mandie McMillan, Broker/Owner, 26 years in Galveston County Houston Bay Area
  6. Lead conversion training + weekly live accountability calls
Your Commission

You've been keeping a high split. But high split x 5 deals doesn't get you to full-time income.

70% of 20 closings is more than 100% of 5. That's the math.

Leads provided. Expenses covered. The RE/MAX brand opens doors with strangers who don't know you yet. More volume, zero overhead, more in your pocket.

Estimated earnings: $75,000 - $200,000/year based on production.

Your Lead Flow

Our lead generation runs on a platform used by top-producing teams across the country. It doesn’t collect names from sweepstakes forms or random ad clicks — it tracks actual buyer behavior online. The system monitors what properties people are searching, which neighborhoods they revisit, what price ranges they’re exploring, and how frequently they’re active. When that behavior signals someone is getting serious, you receive a real-time alert so you can reach out at exactly the right moment.

Between your conversations, automated follow-up runs in the background — keeping leads warm, sending relevant property updates, and re-engaging people who went quiet. The system works around the clock so your pipeline stays active whether you’re at a showing or off for the weekend.

What lands in your pipeline are people who were already searching for homes in this market before you ever called them. That’s a fundamentally different conversation than cold prospecting — and it’s what separates agents on our team from agents who spend their first year chasing dead ends.

Training Support

Training here is built for agents who already know how to close — and want to learn the systems for converting strangers, not just referrals.

A national virtual coaching platform provides structured curriculum on lead conversion, pipeline management, and building a production business beyond your sphere. Weekly accountability calls with Mandie keep your metrics on track and address real deals in real time.

You're not starting from zero. You're adding the infrastructure that lets you scale.

What You'll Build

You already know how to close. Here's what you'll have built with the right infrastructure behind you.

A stranger pipeline, not just a sphere.

With company-provided leads flowing in from day one, your pipeline isn't limited by who you know. Every closed transaction from the platform becomes a referral source. By year two, you're working leads, repeat clients, and organic referrals — simultaneously.

The production volume to replace your other income.

Going full time requires income certainty. The lead flow on this platform, combined with the training and support structure, gives you a realistic path to 15-25 closings a year — the volume that makes full-time economics work. You're not guessing. You're building toward a number.

The RE/MAX brand working for people who don't know you.

With your sphere, your reputation did the selling. With strangers, you need a brand that creates instant credibility. RE/MAX is one of the most recognized names in real estate worldwide. When you're calling someone who found you through our platform, the name on your card matters — and RE/MAX opens conversations that an unknown name can't.

A business that doesn't depend on who you know.

Referral-only businesses plateau. What you're building here is a production business with a repeatable lead engine — one that generates income whether or not anyone in your contacts list is moving this year.

Requirements
  1. Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
  2. 1+ closed real estate transaction — you've done this, you know how it works
  3. Ready to commit to full-time or near-full-time production hours
  4. Coachable — willing to work a proven lead conversion system, not just your personal network
  5. Comfortable with CRM technology and pipeline management tools
  6. Goal-driven and motivated by production numbers, not just referral convenience
  7. NOT required: an unlimited sphere of influence — our platform provides what referrals can't
