Precision Machining | Technical Expertise | Mission-Critical Manufacturing

Your CNC skills can make a bigger impact than you think.

We're seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a global manufacturer of mission-critical sealing solutions serving the oil & gas, wind energy, and industrial markets.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on CNC professional who can set up, edit, troubleshoot, inspect, and optimize—not simply operate a machine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Edit, set up, and operate a CNC lathe to produce product according to print specifications by selecting the appropriate tools, materials and machining processes;
  • Fanuc Programming capabilities a plus
  • Troubleshoot programs including speeds, feeds and tooling
  • Verify and document in process work orders.
  • Ensure quality product by using necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, pi tape and optical comparator
  • Routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Meet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and procedures
  • Split, Trim, Drill and pin finished parts
  • All other duties, as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3–5+ years of CNC experience or relevant CNC training.
  • CNC lathe setup and operating experience.
  • Strong math (Math Test includes Basic Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Plotting a Graph) and measurement skills.
  • Fanuc programming/editing experience preferred.
  • Plastics machining experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
  • Dependable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
