Job description

**HYBRID POSITION**85% WILL BE REMOTE.

TRAINING is onsite, at the Camarillo office for 2-3 weeks

AFTER TRAINING-15% of the time you will work in the Camarillo office for meetings & additional training.

COMPANY PROVIDES COMPUTER EQUIPMENT NEEDED


Temporary-to-hire career opening for a friendly, helpful, proactive, and engaging customer service representative. Experience handling order processing and/or custom orders by telephone. Technically-inclined individual needed who is good with measurements, mathematics, and is driven to provide excellent customer service over the phone.

Provide quotes and answer inquiries for product availability and specifications, manages orders, prepare/send invoices, take special orders, offer product support, and follow-up to ensure sale is completed thoroughly and correctly.

Solid computer software skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, & Outlook and ability to learn their custom software/CRM. Accurate, fast typing, and data entry at 40-50 words per minute. Client manufactures and sells parts for new construction and repairs.

  • 2+yrs experience in Customer Service, over the phone, with a preferred order desk background
  • College Degree is a plus, High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
  • Excellent ability to retain information
  • Reliable, dependable candidate with full time schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Temp to Hire position
  • $24 per hour
  • Reside in Ventura or Los Angeles County
