Maintenance / Housekeeping II - Sea Mar Community Health Centers

Sea Mar is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
  • Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste
  • Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal)
  • Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting)
  • Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation)
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Follow all safety and health guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided)
  • Annual TB test required

Work Environment

  • Indoor and outdoor work
  • Exposure to weather and cleaning chemicals
  • Fast-paced healthcare setting
