Part-Time Math Instructor (Grades 1-12) - Ideal for STEM Majors & Future TeachersAre you studying mathematics, education, engineering, or another STEM field? Do you want hands-on meaningful teaching experience before you graduate? If yes, then this role was built for you.
Mathnasium of Garden Grove, is hiring part-time math instructors to work with students in grades 1-12. You coach students to think, build confidence, and develop strong problem-solving skills. You will build relationships, track student progress, and strengthen your instructional ability through a structured curriculum that keeps the focus on teaching.
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Preference: Monday through Thursday with occasional Saturday.
In-person position.
Reliable transportation required.
Position begins in August 2026

Qualifications:
  • Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trig, Statistics, Calculus - required
  • AP Calculus or AP Statistics - strongly preferred
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Math, Education, or STEM field
  • Professional, reliable, warm, and effective with students
