Position Responsibilities

The Funding Coordinator II plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of Channel’s funding operations. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the funding process — from document preparation and verification through disbursement — across a variety of product types and partner programs.


The Funding Coordinator II serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, leveraging strong communication and technical expertise to resolve complex documentation and funding requests. This role requires a deep understanding of funding policies, systems, and procedures to ensure transactions are completed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with company standards.


In addition to executing daily funding activities, the Funding Coordinator II contributes to departmental initiatives that enhance process efficiency, system functionality, and customer experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates consistent accuracy and productivity, exercises sound judgment, and takes ownership of outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.


Key Tasks

  • Prepare, review, and process documentation for multiple product types while ensuring all requirements and fraud checks are completed prior to funding.
  • Accurately set up and maintain deals in Salesforce, Aspire, DocuSign, Tvalue, and Portal; identify and correct system or data discrepancies.
  • Manage moderately complex transactions and partner programs (e.g., PPS, SLB, Franchises, Portfolio Purchases), balancing speed, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, partners, and customers to explain stipulations and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and compliant funding and provide feedback on process improvements.
  • Contribute to training and mentoring of new team members; assist in testing and validating new system enhancements or process updates.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and partner experience.
