Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Details:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Manufacturing Learning & Development Team this summer. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience while supporting our Safety Training Improvement project by updating and enhancing existing training materials and assisting in the development of engaging, process-based learning content. This includes spending time on the plant floor to observe operations, build relationships with team members, and document processes through notes, photos, and videos to ensure training content accurately reflects current procedures. Organize and format content for leadership learning materials.
  • Update and improve safety training materials and presentations

  • Create and edit training content using PowerPoint and AI voice tools.

  • Collaborate with operations and safety teams to ensure training accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills

Education
  • Attending a four-year college or university to attain a degree in Business, Communications, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field; or already awarded bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Basic PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint).
