Shift Timings: 19:00- 07:30 Hours Monday to Friday 3 Days/12 Hours
Per Week: 36 Hours

Ascension Saint Joseph - Chicago is Lincoln Park and Lakeview's destination for specialty care - including heart, cancer care, stroke care, orthopaedics, pulmonology, gastroenterology and women's health. Our OB-GYNs and maternity care teams deliver a personalized birthing experience and advanced neonatal care (Level III NICU) for babies in need of specialized care. We offer a wide range of minimally invasive procedures using robotic-assisted technology, imaging and lab tests, a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation centre, all on one campus. Our Labor and Delivery unit has 28 beds with an average monthly delivery in the 60s.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience is a requirement. NRP is a requirement.
Charge experience preferred. Night shift L&D RN position.
.Rotating weekends. Antepartum and delivery experience is required.
