Job description


We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site maternity leave coverage assignment in the Gulf Breeze, FL 32561 area. This position will provide services during a leave of absence from August 3, 2026 through October 31, 2026. The selected provider will collaborate with an existing SLP Clinical Fellow (CF) at the site and support students' speech and language needs in a school-based setting.
Location: Gulf Breeze, FL 32561 Area
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Coverage Dates: August 3, 2026 - October 31, 2026
Setting: On-Site, School-Based
Salary & Compensation: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Florida SLP License or willingness to obtain Florida licensure
  • Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) or willingness to obtain coverage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • School-based experience preferred

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
