Key Responsibilities Direct ownership of regular tracking and ensuring on-time delivery committed from suppliers Tracking and management of sub-tier supplier schedules for constrained manufacturing processes Develop plans and execute delivery schedule improvements where customer commits don't meet Applied's need-by dates Coordinate material transfers between indirect expense and production warehouse locations Perform SAP transactions for material movement accurately and on time Work with suppliers and program teams to track parts delivery Resolve part shortages, delays, and material issues, including coordination of sell-backs from Applied's inventory Primary point of contact to provide periodic material status updates to the cross functional program team Participate in build readiness reviews and provide material status, risk assessment, and recovery plans for upcoming milestones. Build stakeholder trust through clear, timely status updates that show material risks are actively managed, and surface potential issues early so support can be engaged.

Manage internal stakeholders proactively to minimize escalations-giving program teams and leadership confidence that material issues are under control, while flagging risks and raising the need for help early. Interpersonal Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams Good coordination and follow-up skills Strong sense of urgency and accountability Qualifications Education and Experience Associate's degree in supply chain, business, operations, or a related field; candidates with Bachelor's degree in similar fields also welcome to apply Minimum 3 years of experience in material delivery management in a fast-paced high complexity, low volume environment Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in all forms in a manufacturing or supply chain environment Prior experience in procurement, expediting, materials coordination, and multi-tier supply chain delivery management is a plus NPI/build process familiarity: exposure to new product introduction, engineering builds, or prototype-to-production transitions Project Management Project management fundamentals: familiarity with schedules, milestones, and risk/recovery planning (PMP or similar certification is a plus) Cross-functional collaboration: comfortable working with engineering, planning, procurement, and logistics teams simultaneously Problem-solving under pressure: able to triage and prioritize when multiple shortages or delays hit at once Tools Experience using SAP or other data systems for material tracking and transactions is a plus Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Smartsheets or other reporting tools for tracking material status and metrics Able to create PowerPoint presentations to summarize material status, risk and mitigation for executive reviews Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
