Job description

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Accounting

  • Manages all accounting transactions including entering payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, check writing and invoicing
  • Weekly payroll
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Provide weekly reports on cash flow and other ad hoc information as needed ​​​​​​​​​​

Administrative

  • Answers incoming customer inquiries and passes on to sales team
  • Manages purchasing, shipping and receiving
  • Orders raw materials and other components.
  • Keep current price list of purchased items
  • Support staff with information regarding material purchase status
  • Coordinate shipments to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
