  • Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Produce project progress reports, financial forecasts, and billing updates.


โœ… Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within structural steel.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor or specialty contractor.
  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
