Job description

Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do
As a Material Handling Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting both warehouse and production activities, including:
  • Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts with attachments (clamp, fork, probe)
  • Moving and staging materials to keep machine centers stocked and support workflow
  • Loading and unloading deliveries per established procedures
  • Verifying material details, such as quantity, size, and packaging
  • Accurately completing documentation for internal and external use
  • Keeping warehouse and work areas clean and organized
  • Working independently and taking initiative to resolve routine problems
  • Assisting Finishing Inspector/Stackers by stacking, packaging, and handling finished goods as needed
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse preferred
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Comfortable supporting fast-paced production tasks alongside other team members
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and perform basic math
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently
