Waters Corporation's Field Services Organization is comprised of highly skilled, motivated and customer focused professional that are technical experts on Waters’ product suite.  As a Regional Service Manager working for an industry leader, you'll provide management support to a team of field service engineers that are committed to ensuring Waters’ legendary service for our customers who utilize our scientific instrumentation and software.  In this challenging role, you'll have the opportunity to recruit, develop, train, and manage a team.  The field service organization provides technical expertise for Waters' innovative product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC) for multiple customer laboratories spanning across the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Chemical Materials, Clinical, Food, Environmental, Forensics, Academia and Government industries.

Waters Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated professional to join our world-leading Field Services Organization managing a service team in the Columbus, OH United States.


    • Installation of Instruments: Install new LC systems at customer sites following company guidelines and procedures.
    • Performance Maintenance: Conduct scheduled Performance Maintenance (PM) visits to ensure LC instruments are operating at optimal conditions. Perform any required repairs during the PM to ensure that the LC instruments are operating as intended following the PM and or qualification.
    • Qualification Services: Includes Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) as per manufacturer standards.
    • Basic LC Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on LC systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
    • Documentation: Complete all required documentation accurately, such as service appointments, service reports, checklists, and customer feedback in a timely manner. Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at an appropriate level. 
    • Compliance: Ensure that all service activities enforce to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
    • Time Management: Optimally manage time and priorities to meet or exceed customer expectations for service delivery.
    • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training sessions and stay up-to-date with the latest LC technologies.

- Minimum requirement: Currently attending or completed a technical college program related to Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. 

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 

- Excellent time management skills. 

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service. 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 

- Service experience is considered a plus.
