Job description

Production Associate – Computerized Millwork Services

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our computerized millwork manufacturing team. This role supports the production of custom cabinetry, fixtures, and architectural millwork by assisting with material handling, panel processing, laminate application, and finishing operations.

Shift MONDAY- FRIDAY 3:30 PM-12:00AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely carry, move, and organize sheet goods, including plywood, particleboard, MDF, and laminate materials.
  • Operate and assist with computerized millwork equipment and production machinery.
  • Measure, cut, trim, and prepare materials according to production specifications and work orders.
  • Apply and lay up laminate surfaces on plywood, particleboard, MDF, and other substrates.
  • Assist with assembly, edge finishing, and quality control inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow production schedules, shop procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Load and unload materials as required and support general shop operations.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy sheet goods and materials throughout the workday.
  • Experience in woodworking, millwork, cabinetry, manufacturing, or construction is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Comfortable working with power tools, cutting equipment, and production machinery.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of sheet goods and materials.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50–75 pounds, with team lifting for larger materials as needed.
