Pay Range: $37,440 to $41,600
Job Summary
Performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensure the efficient flow of materials required by production schedules. Monitors the inventory of parts, components, and raw materials and coordinates ordering, invoicing, and scheduling with vendors. Tracks status of customer orders and production schedules to identify issues or delays and coordinates with stakeholders to expedite orders and resolve problems. Inputs and maintains production data in ERP, MRP, or other databases. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager.A01-Entry : Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
Job Responsibilities
• Load, unload, and transport materials and products to and from production areas, warehouses, or storage locations using pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Ensure the timely and accurate movement of materials and products throughout the facility.
• Safely stack, organize, and store materials in designated areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in keeping the warehouse and production areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are readily available to meet production schedules.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on material handling equipment.
• Operates, sets up, and maintains industrial equipment and software to design, print, and apply labels to products, packages, or pallets.
• Inspect finished labels for spelling, clarity, lot numbers, production/expiration dates, and proper adhesion to packaging.
• Monitor supplies (labels, ribbons, glue, ink), reorder as needed
• Perform routine cleaning, minor mechanical adjustments, and preventative maintenance on machines, escalating complex issues to maintenance or IT teams
