About the Opportunity:

The Material Handler supports production operations by ensuring the efficient movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role is responsible for material flow between work centers, shipping and receiving support, accurate transaction reporting, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing setting and is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Location: Stuart, FL - Onsite. Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM


Responsibilities:

  • Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods to and from production work centers.
  • Monitor material movement to support production schedules and minimize delays.
  • Perform system transactions and verify material accuracy in accordance with process documentation.
  • Review and verify process paperwork is complete and properly signed off before moving materials.
  • Communicate material shortages, delays, or discrepancies to Production Control or Supervisors.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including packaging and labeling as required.
  • Inspect parts for visible damage before movement and report any issues immediately.
  • Operate pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment safely (training provided if needed).
  • Support inventory control tasks such as cycle counts and stock rotation.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of material staging and storage areas.
  • Follow all safety rules and contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environment.
  • Experience using inventory control systems or ERP software.
  • Forklift or material handling equipment experience (or willingness to be trained).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and material tracking.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
  • Must be able to climb ladder, work on platforms, and climb stairs
  • Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor
  • Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate priorities, deadlines, and schedules.
