Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge of the material drying temperature and time.
  • Knows the different type of plastics material used on the machines.
  • Knows and understands the different types of loading systems & the proper way of operating each one.
  • Knows how to operate all mixing machines & mixes all materials by hand or machine.
  • Knows how to use and properly set all material drying & grinding equipment.
  • Keeps all machines properly supplied with material to avoid run out.
  • Performs cleaning routine at the end of the shift.
  • Perform any other assignments given by Production Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic understanding of the English language.
  • Ability to do basic math such as add, subtract, divide and multiply.
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal & written instructions.
  • Able to lift at least 55 lbs., and good hand-eye coordination
  • IQMS (Preferred)
