Are you passionate about material handling, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence? Join our team as a Material Handler/MRB Coordinator, where you will play a key role in ensuring materials are safely received, stored, tracked, and available to support manufacturing operations while coordinating the Material Review Board (MRB) process for damaged, defective, or nonconforming materials.

In this role, you will support stockroom operations and work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure materials are properly identified, documented, segregated, tracked, and dispositioned in accordance with company procedures.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Safely load, unload, move, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, conveyors, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and distribute materials throughout the facility in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete material transactions using systems such as Manex and Spotlight.
  • Perform inventory counts, assist with inventory reconciliation, and investigate material discrepancies.
  • Conduct visual inspections of incoming materials and identify damaged, defective, or nonconforming materials.
  • Properly label, segregate, document, and track nonconforming materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate MRB activities, including documentation, status tracking, communication, and disposition of nonconforming materials.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to resolve material discrepancies and determine appropriate disposition of MRB items.
  • Monitor and respond to email communications and provide timely updates regarding material status, discrepancies, and MRB activities.
  • Maintain accurate material and MRB documentation and records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all applicable safety procedures.
  • Safely handle materials weighing approximately 20–40 pounds.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in material handling, warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and documentation.
  • Ability to use computer-based inventory or material management systems.
  • Ability to accurately track materials, complete transactions, and maintain organized records.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify material discrepancies and follow established processes for handling nonconforming materials.

Your Background

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, stockroom, or materials environment preferred.
  • Previous experience with inventory management systems is preferred.
  • Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience preferred.

Nice to Have [Bonus Points]

  • Experience supporting an MRB, quality, or nonconforming material process.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or life sciences environment.
  • Experience with Manex, Spotlight, or similar inventory management systems.
  • Forklift certification or demonstrated experience operating material-handling equipment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing teams.
