Job Description
Shift: 11pm to 7am, Sunday - Thursday
Starting Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
How You Will Impact the Team
As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will act as the logistics engine of our facility. We are looking for an active, organized problem-solver to keep our inventory and production pipelines moving seamlessly. Your agility and focus will directly ensure our materials get exactly where they need to go.
Key Responsibilities
  • Material Movement: Safely load, unload, and transfer raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods across manufacturing and shipping areas.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Verify physical stock against shipping documents and execute digital transactions within our Inventory Management System to correct discrepancies.
  • Production Support: Pick up and transfer pallets, racks, and consumable supplies to keep production lines running at peak performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Coordinate cross-functionally with different shifts to optimize warehouse space, maintain 5S housekeeping, and support recycling programs.
  • Safety Leadership: Perform all tasks with a safety-first mindset, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.

Qualifications
What You Bring
  • Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort using computer software tools for data entry and production tracking. Forklift experience is a strong plus.
  • Resilience & Agility: A proven ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and comfortably pivot between tasks as plant priorities shift.
  • Collaboration: A team-first attitude with a willingness to step outside your immediate duties to help a coworker succeed.
  • Flexibility: Dependable attendance and a willingness to work overtime as needed to support customer demands
