Interstate Graphics is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. If you enjoy staying organized, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and taking pride in ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time, we'd like to meet you.

This position plays an important role in our daily operations by coordinating incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting production to ensure our customers receive quality products on schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Unload, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare, package, and label customer orders for shipment.
  • Coordinate daily shipments using parcel and freight carriers.
  • Complete shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading, and freight paperwork.
  • Work closely with production to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
  • Support other operational needs as business demands require.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Requirements:
  •  High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics. 
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Ability to accurately complete shipping documentation and maintain records. 
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Preferred

  • Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
  • Experience using ERP or inventory management software (EFI, PrintSmith, EPMS, Dynamics, Epicor, SAP, PrintIQ, or similar). 
  • Experience coordinating LTL and common carrier freight shipments
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification after hire. 
  • Previous experience in commercial printing, manufacturing, graphics, or distribution.
