Project Managers, together with Superintendents, combine to create the overall project strategy and success driven character in the team. Their depth of experience in concrete buildings, safety, logistics, costs analysis, and quality support the drive for superiority in project execution. Following our disciplined processes and forward-thinking culture, our Project Managers develop strong teams that communicate effectively and perform at a high level. They use their skills to teach and train the next generation how to build the right way.
Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management.
  • Project Schedule Management.
  • Project Planning.
  • Field Material, Subcontractor, Vendor & Equipment Buyout.
  • Formwork Selection & Buyout.
  • Safety Program Management.
  • Quality Control Program Management.
  • Crew & Labor Productivity Analysis.
  • Project Reporting (Cost, Fee, Safety, Quality, etc.).
  • Personnel Training (PE & APM).
  • Client Relationships.
  • Project Closeout Organization and Management.
Experience and/or Educational Requirements:
  • Preferred 4-year degree in a construction or engineering field, OR a 4-year degree in an unrelated field with previous construction experience and/or a strong interest in construction.
