What You'll Do:
  • Receive, inspect, process, label, and store incoming materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Process receipts, issues, transfers, and other inventory transactions in MRP and receiving systems.
  • Maintain accurate stockroom, inventory, and material-control records.
  • Pick, pack, distribute, and fulfill material requests according to production and operational requirements.
  • Research inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and transaction issues, then support corrective actions.
  • Operate forklifts and other power industrial vehicles to move and stage materials safely.
  • Handle customer-owned property and maintain required records and accountability.
  • Support cross-functional teams and continuous improvement activities.

What You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in material receiving, stockroom operations, inventory control, warehouse logistics, or manufacturing support.
  • 2+ years of experience processing material receipts, issues, transfers, inventory transactions, or order-fulfillment activities.
  • 2+ years of experience using MRP, ERP, warehouse management, or receiving systems.
  • 2+ years of experience maintaining inventory records, investigating discrepancies, or supporting material-control processes.
  • 1+ year of experience operating a forklift or other power industrial vehicle.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience managing Government Customer Property Control requirements.
  • Forklift or material-handling certification.
  • Experience working in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience handling customer-owned, controlled, or classified material.
  • Strong knowledge of receiving documentation, inventory systems, and material traceability.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement, safety, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply automation or AI-supported tools to improve material-control processes.
  • Strong knowledge of material receiving, inventory methodology, stock control, and material movement.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
