  • Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Location: Pedricktown, NJ


Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Quality Control & Compliance (QCC) Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for auditing pallets, ensuring products are properly banded and wrapped, and confirming all materials are correctly prepared before being loaded and shipped to project sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and able to read and understand English instructions displayed on TC scanners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Audit pallets to ensure products and quantities are accurate and properly prepared for shipment.
  • Inspect pallets and materials for quality, accuracy, and compliance with shipping requirements.
  • Properly band and wrap pallets to ensure products are secure during transportation.
  • Verify that pallets are correctly prepared before being loaded onto trucks.
  • Use TC scanners to review and audit items prior to shipment.
  • Read and understand English instructions and information displayed on TC scanners.
  • Confirm that the correct items are being prepared and shipped to project sites.
  • Identify discrepancies, damaged materials, or improperly prepared pallets and report issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Work closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, quality control, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand English instructions on TC scanners.
  • Comfortable using handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to inspect products and identify discrepancies or issues.
  • Ability to properly band and wrap pallets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse as required.
  • Ability to handle materials and assist with pallet preparation and shipment activities.
