Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Material Handler positions in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities:

  • Unload trucks using pallet jacks and move boxes and pallets to designated warehouse locations.

  • Open boxes, remove units and collateral materials, and scan products into inventory management systems.

  • Perform Shipping & Receiving, Packout, Kitting, Deboxing, Inventory Control, and Quality Control (QC) duties.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while working in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive bending, lifting, and material handling tasks.

  • Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-speed, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.

  • Basic computer and scanning experience with inventory systems is a plus.
