  • Efficiently pull and complete kits for our production areas, ensuring they are ready for use.
  • Pull sales orders for shipping, making sure orders are accurate and ready for timely delivery.
  • Deliver parts to different areas within our facility, keeping the supply chain well-connected.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and manage our inventory to maintain accuracy.
  • Perform monthly checks for expiration dates, helping us maintain quality and compliance.
  • Create work orders for stock, ensuring we have what we need to keep production running smoothly.
  • Receive work orders and maintain traceability in our system, contributing to accurate record-keeping.
  • Issue parts within the system, optimizing our inventory management.
  • Safely operate a forklift, ensuring the secure movement of materials.
  • Receive products into the system, a crucial step in our supply chain.
  • Organize and store parts, separating those needed for specific jobs, enhancing our efficiency.
  • Add items to the watch list, helping us keep an eye on critical items.
  • Cross-train as needed, showing adaptability and commitment to the team's success.

  • Effective data management using inventory systems.
  • Efficient and safe handling of materials, parts, and supplies.
  • Attention to detail in kit assembly, inventory counts, and order verification.
  • Knowledge of shelf-life tracking and regular checks.
  • Strong reporting skills for documenting inventory records and expired items
  • Adaptability and cross-training readiness.
  • Skilled in pulling and assembling production kits.
  • Strong organizational abilities for staging and inventory.
  • Proactive in addressing inventory discrepancies and implementing solutions.
  • Physical stamina to meet standing, lifting, and moving requirements.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
