Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

The work is practical: meet with clients, understand what is getting in the way, and help them build a plan they can follow. This role is a fit for a social work clinician who can balance clinical insight with clear, useful care planning. Your day will include scheduled sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and steady follow-up with clients in Indiana. This role is designed for dependable care, clear expectations, and a therapist who follows through.

Responsibilities

        Support clients through grief, stress, trauma-related concerns, adjustment challenges, and mood symptoms

        Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional care standards

        Manage a full-time telehealth caseload with reliable follow-through

        Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and care updates

Requirements

        Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
