Salary range: $50,000-$70,000/ year *Based on experience, and education

Work Schedule

  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Remote)
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications
  • Salary range: $50,000-$70,000/ year *Based on experience, and educationSchedule: 
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • An active IN  behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states

  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
  • Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
